ONDO COMMISSIONER PROMISES HARMONIOUS WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH MEMBERS OF STAFF.




Ondo State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Mr Laolu Akindolire has promised a robust working relationship with the management and staff of the ministry for better implementation of government programmes and policies.





The Commissioner while talking a tour of various departments and offices in the ministry, said a harmonious and seamless working relationship was imperative to make government programmes impactful on the citizenry.


He commended the staff of ministry for their commitment and dedication to duty, and tasked them on new innovations capable of transitioning positively the face of education in the state.


Mr. Akindolire while promising that government would provide basic working tools for the offices, urged various departments to work harmoniously with one another towards proper implementation of government programmes.


The Commissioner who advocated teamwork, and unity of purpose among members of staff of the ministry, said government relies heavily on their initiatives and proactiveness in moving the  education sector in the state to the next level.


He therefore assured the people of state that government would make meaningful impacts in the education sector and called for supports and cooperation to enable it implement its programmes and policies successful.

After Decades of Interregnum, Ondo Government to Appoint Justices of the Peace (JP)* ‎

Joint SS2 Promotion Exams; Ondo State Government reshedules three papers earlier slated for tomorrow*

The Ondo State Government has postponed the papers scheduled for tomorrow in the ongoing SS2 Promotion Examination in all secondary schools across the state. A statement by the Head, Information & Media, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Olaoluwa Meshack, says postponement of the three papers became imperative due to the public holiday declared by the Federal Government tomorrow. The Federal Government had declared tomorrow Tuesday 15th July, 2025, a public holiday to mourn the former Nigeria President, General Mohammad Buhari, who passed on yesterday in a hospital in London. The three papers; English Language, Commerce and Woodwork, were earlier scheduled to hold tomorrow across all secondary schools in the state but had to be rescheduled in compliance with the Federal Government directive.
