YOUTH ORGANIZATION WORKING FOR VICTORY OF GOVERNOR AIYEDATIWA GETS A BOOST FROM EDUCATION COMMISSIONER.

 


The Ondo State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Mr Olaolu Akindolire has pledged to partner notable youth organizations across the state to ensure the success of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa during the November 2024 gubernatorial poll.



The Commissioner made the pledge in Akure while playing host to leaders and convener of Community Engagement for Lucky Aiyedatiwa (CELA), a youth organization working for the victory of the All Progressive Congress, APC, and the return to power of Governor Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa in Ondo State.


The Community Engagement for Lucky Aiyedatiwa (CELA), a youth organization working towards ensuring a landslide victory for the incumbent Governor at the November poll, is presently taking its campaign to rural communities across the eighteen local government areas of the state to seek the support of the people.


The strategy includes accessing the needs of farmers and assisting them with agricultural inputs in line with the rural development agenda of the Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa led administration in the state.


The Commissioner commended the group for its initiative saying Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa deserves a resounding victory during the November 2024 poll in the state as he has been able to demonstrate his instincts as a progressive Governor endowed with the potentials to take the state to greater heights


According to the Commissioner, in less than one year in office, the Governor has been able to record landmark developments across all sectors in the state despite the present harsh economic situation in the country.


He called on other organizations across the state to rally support for the All Progressive Congress APC, and its candidate, Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa, during the November poll to ensure his victory and continuation of all the laudable programmes.


Mr Akindolire who pledged his support for the organization, urged the convener to intensify more efforts on its campaign and ensure victory for the All Progressive Congress APC, in all the 203 political wards across the state.


The convener of the group, Community Engagement for Aiyedatiwa (CELA), Adeola Iwakun said the group was totally committed to ensuring the victory of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa during the November 2024 gubernatorial poll in the state.


According to him, the group has its coordinators in all the 203 wards across the 18 Local Government Areas of the state and was already reaching out to rural communities by assisting farmers and providing them with agricultural inputs.


Mr Iwakun told the Commissioner that the group was at his office to intimate him of their efforts and to also solicit his understanding in accomplishing their mission and ensuring total victory for Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa in November this year.

Joint SS2 Promotion Exams; Ondo State Government reshedules three papers earlier slated for tomorrow*

The Ondo State Government has postponed the papers scheduled for tomorrow in the ongoing SS2 Promotion Examination in all secondary schools across the state. A statement by the Head, Information & Media, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Olaoluwa Meshack, says postponement of the three papers became imperative due to the public holiday declared by the Federal Government tomorrow. The Federal Government had declared tomorrow Tuesday 15th July, 2025, a public holiday to mourn the former Nigeria President, General Mohammad Buhari, who passed on yesterday in a hospital in London.
